Amsterdam, October 11, 2023 - Katanox, the travel accommodation distribution and fintech platform, announced today its deal with leading serviced-apartments provider YAYS Group.
YAYS Group will leverage Katanox’s streaming distribution capabilities to connect travel management companies with its growing range of serviced apartments. As a mid-size accommodation provider, they will be able to easily tap into a new source of high value demand.
YAYS Group manages 16 properties in Amsterdam, The Hague, Paris, and Antwerp and is set to expand to the likes of Madrid and Berlin. The Group’s award-winning, lifestyle brand platform includes YAYS (fully serviced aparthotels) and by YAYS (self-serviced apartments).

This comes as Katanox grows its supply of short and long-term apartments and private places, an increasingly demanded type of accommodation among business travellers.
